- Grata House in Thousand Oaks is an intimate residential home close to the city. Grata Ranch in Moorpark is a 22-acre property with gardens, animals, and open landscape. Both offer the same calm, private care.
- Which types of payment are accepted?
- We work with Private PPO plans and private pay. We are not able to accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. If you are unsure, we are glad to verify your coverage for free.
